The Primary Arrangement for Tour in Hong Kong and Macao

    在2005世界华人建筑师协会会员年会与2005学术研讨会后将组织与会者参观考察香港、澳门两地建筑景观、环境和新建筑等活动。与会者可自愿报名参加。
    After the 2005Annual Meeting, we will organize members voluntary tour. We mainly visit the new building 、new view and new environment.

1. 时间：2005年12月19日（星期一）至22日（星期四） Time：19th December, 2005 (Monday) to 22nd December, 2005 (Thursday)

   与会者12月18日（星期日）晚仍住原开会酒店
   18th December (Sunday) Members still quarter in the hotel where the meeting is held
   
   12月19日（星期一）全天参观香港高尚居住区建筑景观、环境、新建筑。晚入住新酒店并休息。
   19th December (Monday) Redeploy hotel and tour
   
   12月20日（星期二）上午参观市区新建筑;下午自由活动
   20th December (Wednesday) Am: Visit the new building in downtown area Pm: Swing
   
   12月21日（星期三）上午离港乘快船赴澳门后全天参观澳门新老建筑，晚入住澳门酒店并休息。
   21st December (Wednesday) Am: By boat to Macao and accommodation Pm: Visiting the new building in Macao
   
   12月22日（星期四）上午参观澳门新建筑下午离澳门到珠海国际机场疏散 22nd December (Thursday) Am: Visiting the new building in Macao.Pm: Departure
   
   注：凡参加香港、澳门参观的与会者，可自行预订购买12月22日下午4时（16：00）以后的珠海至目的地返程飞机航班。
   Note: The member who attend the tour can book flight ticket which after pm 4:00 on 22nd December.
   
   
3. 参观考察费用：每人港币HK$ 3300元（人民币3480元）费用包括：香港 2晚、澳门1晚4星级酒店住宿费（每2人一个标准间）， 香港赴澳门汽垫船费、港澳两地参观交通费 、四日的餐费。以上费用将出据以会务费收取的税务发票。
   Expense: HK$ 3300yuan (RMB3480yuan) per person. It is include three days accommodation and fare（two men in a room） . WACA will give invoice.
   
   
4. 参观考察报名表务请于2005年9月20日前寄回秘书处以便准确统计人数，提前预定旅馆客房。 （因我会的参观考察无法通过旅行社安排，故无法取得旅行社的优惠价格并与旅行社安排在住宿与餐饮条件上完全属于不同的档次， 一切需早做安排，故务请准时报名。 ）
   Please mail or fax the form before 1st August, 2005, so that we can book hotel for you. (Our tour is different from the tour which arranged by travel agency, so we have no discount. Please enter for on time.)
